Why our reviews are different
- Every review comes from a confirmed job. We check that the reviewer really used the business before a review goes live.
- Businesses can't pay to hide reviews. Good or bad, a genuine review stays up. Businesses can reply publicly.
- Paying doesn't buy a better rating. Paid spots are clearly labelled "Featured". They change where a business appears, never what customers said.
- No fake or bought reviews. Offering rewards for positive reviews, or writing your own, gets a business removed.
Is it free?
Yes. Searching, reading reviews, getting quotes and leaving a review are all free, and always will be.
Businesses can list for free too. Seconded makes its money from businesses that choose to pay for a top or second spot in their town. Those spots are always labelled.
